I bought this to replace my current 40 year old unit. The opening to this new one is so small. By the time you cut up everything to find in the hopper you might as well just shred it by hand. I will keep trying it but it might get returned and I will go back to using my original one. It’s cracked and looks ugly but it’s huge and it works.

This was bought as a gift. The gift recipient said it is almost more hassle than useful. She doesn’t use it very often.

Comes with a slicer, course and medium blades, wish is had a fine blade as well to completely replace the hand shredder. Fits my 5qt professional without issue. No issues as of yet.
