Decent remake of a classic, but still not as good as the original

Picture quality is good. This is a different remake of the original Friday The 13th movie. Its not that bad but its not the good. Buy it if you're trying to complete your Friday The 13th movie collection.

This is an ok movie to watch and the steelbook looks amazing.

I am not a big fan of this genre.........that being said, the movie was better than I though it would be....

FLUSH, DOWN IT GOES INTO THE TOILET!!!!! It was great and brutal at first but man, it just took a nose dive right after. Great kills but it's just boring. Glad I only paid 6 bucks for this during the Halloween sale.

For what it’s worth, it’s a nice edition to the Friday series.

Item was purchased online, when I received it in the mail, the invoice sticker was attached right to the steelbooks plastic wrapping. Could not remove without ripping the sealed wrapping around the steelbook! Very disappointing!!!

The Steelbook is cool! The movie….not as much haha. Bought this thinking it was the original haha.

I never thought any movie could be worse than Jason X and well this one is horrible.

Seeing how this film was directed by Marcus Nispel (director of the 2003 Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake) I would expect that the movie would stay close to its original counterpart and update the plot accordingly to make it seem better. However, the plot is downright impossible to like since the characters are boring and paper cutouts of the basic victims but dumber than usual so the audience can understand and have an easier time digesting the story. The only thing this flick has that makes it not be so terrible is Jason Voorhees himself. This has to be one of the best incarnations of the characters since Part 3.
