Not for the kiddies!!!

It was probably made over the course of four weekends, in between the cast and crews' normal weekday obligations...or so it seems. Nonetheless, it is not a boring movie and it is good for watching at around 2 in the morning on and around Holloween just to get you in the mood....

40yr. Anniversary with NO 4K & cheap design

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great film for it’s time but packaging for Anniversary EditioN not very exciting, case could & should be much nicer (embossed) with Jason’s hockey mask. 40yr Anniversary steelbook but NO 4K?!! Really?!!

A Classic Horror Movie
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a classic but it hasn't aged well. It has a young Kevin Bacon which is awesome! It's definitely worth watching and owning for $5 but enjoy it for it's history and don't take it too seriously.

Same as uncut version

The start of the 80's slasher craze
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A solid film that is less memorable on its own than it is for the legacy it started. A solid thriller that shocked audiences with a twist, it largely holds up today but is by no means among the best the horror genre has seen. This blu ray is sharp and clean with a few decent special features. A solid recommendation for horror junkies.
