We purchased this microwave as part of the Frigidaire package deal. We received it promptly and the installation was quite simply. The unit is very nice looking and with the proper cleaning cloths, the stainless is easy to keep clean. Operation is quiet except when the cooking is done. There are three long beeps which can't be cancelled. Other than that, We love this unit.

We purchased this unit after remodeling our kitchen. It looks great and has been easy to clean inside and out. Good lighting and although it doesn't have al lot of fancy buttons it has the basics. It will beep when the food is done and if you forget you have food in there after a little while it will beep again reminding you that you haven't taken it out. The bottom has the grease catchers which I put in the dishwasher and cleans them great. It's very spacious in the inside which we were wanting a bigger one with the wire rack but the agent at Best Buy told us he personally had one and had the wire rack in his cabinet plus they are more expensive and he mention that they use more light because of the wire rack taking up some radiation. Good product ok price.

I brought a 4 piece bundle refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Best Buy's installers damaged my granite countertop when installing the dishwasher. The installer is denying he damaged it when I look at my counter every day. I would have rather gone with pacific sales or sears where my installations have been seamless

Less than three years off my purchase it stopped working.

Just stopped working after 2 1/2 years thank goodness we only paid 63.00 otherwise I would have been really upset.

The installer informed us that it would require an 18 inch deep upper cabinet it place under. Our cabinets are 12 inches deep. I wish we would have known this earlier.

Easy installation, adequate space, user friendly, for a price that doesn't brake the bank. i would also like to point out that is very stylish. If you are a forgetful person the numerous beeps will remind you, that your food is done, but at the same time it can be very anoying.

Capacitor blown and totally dead in 2 years. A total waste of money do not buy

First off, I ordered 3 appliances through Best Buy Online and will NEVER order anything through their online service again! The experience of the order process and deliver and issues afterwards has been a nightmare. I could go into detail, but would literally take pages to explain the horrible experience from start to finish. Next time I will go to the store and order through them directly, which has always been a good experience. Pros: this microwave/hood vent can be vented through the top, side or re-circulating. Looks good and value for the price was great too. Cons: the beeping when the timer is done is annoying and loud. The buttons are hard to push.

This Frigidaire microwave easily meets all my needs. I was looking to free up some counter space and replace an outdated range hood and get something that matched my other Frigidaire appliances at the same time. In general use, all of the basic features you would expect are there. Turntable, settings for Defrost, Popcorn, and reheat, as well as a timer function. The timer is my only gripe at this point. You can either use the microwave to heat something or the timer, but not both at the same time. I like to set the timer for the main meal cooking in the stove while cooking or reheating things in the microwave. Unfortunately, it cannot do both. It's a $20 fix, though, to just pick up a little kitchen timer, so I'm not going to sweat it. Both the light and exhaust functions work really well. I was a little worried at first looking at the bottom of the microwave that it would perform since it looked a bit basic and cheap, but it has been pulling the smoke and smell out of the air so I can't complain. Once it has the filters in, it lost that cheap look as well. Other than this, the microwave looks and performs great. We're using internal venting (this is one of the few models we found that had this), so installation was extremely easy.

i'd buy this again, food heats up quickly, not too many buttons, almost just right amount of programmed ones easy to install, 1 hour if you change the fan blower to exhaust out the top, boy does this thing move the air up the vent hood and outside really well. stainless steel is good touch!

I purchased this microwave about a month ago. So far, it works fine and it looks nice. I don't tend to use all the fancy features though. I guess my only complaint is that when the end timer beeps, if you open the door, it doesn't stop beeping until it finishes 3 beeps. I find that kind of annoying. Every other microwave I have used stops beeping when you open the door. What's kind of confusing about it is that you can't even stop the beeping by hitting the cancel button if you open the microwave door before you hit the cancel button. Strange... But otherwise, a nice microwave.

I purchased this microwave as a bundle set with oven, fridge and dishwasher. Microwave is very large and very easy to install. Installed in about 15 mins. Microwave is quiet and i like the easy settings on the dial which take out the guess work when cooking food.

It is a great looking stainless steel microwave. It is easy to use. It was easy to install. Most importantly, it fit into our exsisting cabinetry without modifications.

This is not a signature series frigidaire, so it looks a little different. Had no trouble installing into the overhead space above the stove. Great capture screws included. Has plenty of power to heat and defrost. The completion beeper is ungodly loud though. I can hear it outside in the backyard. Other than that, I good all around unit and the price can't be beat.

Excellent microwave. The display and controls are intuitive. Heats without any issues and the surface light is sufficiently bright. No issues so far. Nice sleek addition to our kitchen.

Purchased this microwave on clearance and are extremely happy with it. It is quiet and looks as good as the more expensive models. We do not have any issues or complaints on it other than if you are cooking in the microwave you cannot use the timer at the same time.

So far its a great microwave for the money...very large turntable so plenty of room for the plate...love the settings, very easy and simple. The loud beeper is awesome...i can be somewhere else in the house and still hear it when it goes off. My only complaints are that the fans are towards the back of the microwave and since i usually use the front burner some condensation gets on the front of the micro ...my only other complaint is that the door is a little hard to shut and open. This didn't effect my rating though because overall its very worth the price.

I purchased this micro-hood to go along with a gas range that I also purchased. The micro is nice and quiet, except when it's done cooking something and then there is a very annoyinng beep, beep, beep! One beep is good enough for Pete's sake! I noticed that the hood will automatically come on if there is too much heat generated from the stove. Great idea. All in all, for the price, it was a good buy. I have had it since November and have not had any trouble with it so far.

Microwave runs as it should. Has convenient features of most other microwaves. My first of two complaints is that it lets out 3 very loud beeps when done heating. All my previous microwaves seemed a bit quiter. There doesn't seem to be a way to lower the sound by half or turn it off completely. Though it seems petty, it gets annoying. When opening the door after the first beep it will continue to beep as if you didn't know it was done while standing there with the door open. Others who have been over have commented on it as well. The other complaint I have is how loud the door closes. It sounds and feels like closing the door on a meat locker. Not a big issue during the day but at night when people are sleeping it's loud. Overall, it's a good and basic microwave and I would recommend it to someone looking for one.
