This microwave is great. I love the exhaust fans on the bottom as well as the light. It heats wonderfully I only wish it were a little taller on the inside. Overall, great product for the price.

This was part of a package deal and went into a duplex that I use as a rental. No complaints so far.

Great microwave. Only problem is we had to wait almost a week to get it while it was ordered and it didn't come with the wall mount. Now we have to return it to order a new one if we decide to keep it at all.

The installation sounded simple enough but it turned into a nightmare. The biggest issue were the 3 bolts that secure the top of the microwave to the cabinet. The bolts or nuts were not threaded correctly. I stripped the screw heads trying to get them in. Then I tried getting new bolts but they also were difficult to turn and I end up breaking the nuts out their holders. I finally took the part of the top of the microwave apart, found the defective nuts, and then replaced them with my own nuts and bolts... Once everything was secured I tried to install the glass turn table. It was too large for the oven. It never seated on the "holder" and hung over the door lip...

We've only had this microwave for about a week. The biggest problem is the horrible, loud, high-pitched, long-sustained BEEEEP BEEEEP that the unit makes when the cook cycle is done. It continues even when the door is opened. Pushing stop doesn't even stop it. There is apparently no way to disable this. Very disappointing.

I bought this model to replace our previous Fridigaire, which only lasted about 2 years before the control panel failed. This one was even worse than the last. The beep signal to let you know the food is done, is loud and very annoying. It continues until you retrieve the food or press the cancel button. After only using the unit for 3 months, this control panel is failing as well. The start button no longer operates properly. I'm returning today.

Had the microwave installed in October 2010. It was manufactured in August 2010. Today the exhaust fan would not shut off unless we unplugged the microwave. Total of seven months. Going to contact Frigidaire customer service tomorrow morning.

Bought this microwave in May 2013 and it's already broken. The microwave randomly turns on by itself and half the numbers on the key pad don't work. Frigidaire customer service is horrible! Don't waste your money! I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product again.

Not a good product. this microwave only last in my kitchen for couple of month. it did not have a year when stopped working. The electronic panel just stopped working from one day to the other.

Purchased in May 2016 from bestbuy, today 7/3/17 it stopped working. Turns on and it spins but no heat. Forced to buy a new one.

When they deliver, they do not install, even if everything is there. They will not even unpack and take the box
