I bought this microwave to match my other kitchen appliances when we moved into our house. I read a lot of reviews about it that complained about the continuous beeping if you open the door before hitting the cancel button. For my husband and I, the cost savings of this microwave vs. the more expensive Frigidaire (that doesn't have the beeping problem) was worth getting into the habit of hitting cancel before opening the door. If you want to spend more, I'm sure the Gallery model is better, but this microwave works well and looks great with our other stainless steel appliances.

So far no problems at all. Bought it to replace an ancient microwave he had. Heats very fast. It matches our kitchen. We love it!

This microwave was an update to our kitchen. It replaced an old, ugly vent-a-hood. Works great and looks good too. Best Buy's pricing was fabulous.

Works like you would expect any microwave to preform. Key pad shows finger prints from clean hands. Installed by Best Buy and they butchered my cabinet didn't clean the work site and left an open electric outlet at my house. Consider using other vendors unless you install yourself.

Bought this microwave 3 months ago. It was easy to install, works well, and the stainless steel looks nice. It is also quiet and simple to operate. The only drawback, it has limited functions. You can not use the timer function and the cook function at the same time which can be a hassle. Other than that... Good basic microwave.

Cons: Beeps even after you open the door. Beep is loud. Okay if you aren't close, but kind of annoying when you are standing right there. Interesting that it says Good when done rather than done. Pros: Good looking unit. Works very well.

I bought this as an update to go stainless and to replace an older OTR microwave. The unit was reasonably easy to install (having done it before) and works well enough. It is at the lower end of OTR stainless units but has the basic features. Light is either on or off, no low and high like many units. The fan which I have on recirculate seems pretty weak, it might be better if vented outside. The fan is a little load, but the unit is pretty quiet when it is just heating. It does like to beep alot when it is done with a cook job, as other reviews have noted, but usually if you hit cancel while it is beeping it stops. Overall I am glad I purchased and would recommend.

This microwave is a great price and has a very high end look. Although installation was a little complicated it was something I was able to install myself. I have been rather pleased with the quality for the price and am over all happy with its proformance. Pretty cut and dry microwave with not a lot of extra features. Missing a few that my old one had but I am able to live with it. The only issue I have with this microwave is the indicated that sounds when your food is done is extremely annoying and can not be turned off if the microwave door is opening. It has a extended beep that goes on and on to let you know that it is done. It has become a ritual to run in and turn the microwave off before the alarm goes off.

We love our new Frigidaire microwave. It's easy to use and has many nice features. It looks great , with its clean updated stainless steel design and our kitchen is more aesthetic now. The greatest surprise was how quiet the microwave is while it's operating. Now we can actually have a nice family chat while it's cooking our food.

This unit is really great, and fairly easy to install. Heats evenly and quickly. The only knock on this product has been mentioned here before. At the end of the cook cycle, the annoying beep has to be turned off before you open the door, or it will go on and on.

The finished buzzer is annoying. Cord is to short to reach outlet. No other complaints.The installation was simple enough. Okay with features. Bought on sale happy about that. Replaced a 6 year old Frigidaire that stopped working.

The microwave installed easily and so far (1 month) no problems. It does the job without all the bells and whistles that I never used anyway. Easier to clean the interior than my last high end microwave/convection oven with a stainless interior. For some reason, when you close the door it hits the revolving tray. Hopefully that won't cause issues requiring repairs in the future. Probably just not the highest quality control because of the low price. Agree with the other reviews; annoying that the timer doesn't work when the microwave is in use. And the 3 long, loud beeps - but I usually just cancel right before it gets to the end of the time. So far it's exactly what I wanted for the low price I wanted to pay. I would recommend for that reason.

Microwave does what's its supposed to. Very easy to operate. Installation was very easy, especially with the diagram that was provided. The only compliant I have with this microwave which is very minimal is the sound it makes when something is finished cooking. Yes, I know it's petty but seriously it's like nails on a chalk board. Okay, I'm being a little dramatic but none the less. It's a little annoying.

I bought this to replace the over-the-range microwave that came with my house after it went out. The microwave comes with easy to follow instructions it didn't take too long to install. It comes with a paper template drilling guide so there is no guesswork for were to drill mounting bracket. The fit was spot on and I did not have to modify anything for the microwave to fit. I have standard size wall cabinets (approx. 12" deep) and the microwave sticks out about 3 1/4" from cabinets. The microwave is fairly heavy so make sure you have an extra set of hands to help install. Performance wise it works great. Have used for over a year and have had no issues with cooking/heating food. I really like being able to just push the start button and it automatically starts with 30 seconds or you while the microwave is running you can add 30 seconds by pressing the start button before the timer goes off. I don't honestly use a lot of the preset buttons, I have used the popcorn feature a couple of times and it worked fine. I have used it for defrosting and it works well at that as well. I really like the lights on the bottom of the microwave, they illuminate my range surface a lot and I use them every time I cook. The exhaust fan has a high and low setting but I can't tell the difference between the two. The exhaust will automatically kick on if the bottom of the microwave gets too much heat from stove top which is nice but can be frustrating if you don't want it on (it can be loud). I do wish the "low" setting on the exhaust was quiet but its not that different from high and that is my biggest complaint as its loud and can be frustrating if you are trying to talk to someone. The only other complaint I have is that when the microwave is done cooking it beeps quite loudly for a few seconds until you open the door or hit the stop button. Its not a huge deal breaker for me but when you are trying to reheat something a few seconds at a time, like softening butter, it can get annoying. Overall a great over-the-range microwave that is true to fit, works as stated and is worth the money. It looks great in the kitchen and is easy to clean too.

I originally purchased this Frigidaire microwave after a kitchen replacement due to "Sandy". After nine months it no longer heated anything. Reached out to Frigidaire for warranty work and they were very accommodative. They provided three service contacts and indicated and suggested I start with the first one. It took three weeks for a service appt. when the tech arrived, he determine two major parts needed to be replaced. It took five weeks for the parts to arrive and two more weeks for instillation. One of the two new parts for installment were defective and needed to be replaced. Rather than wait another six weeks or so I contacted Frigidaire and explained that this was not acceptable. I was told that I would be contacted concerning possible replacement. Within three days Best Buy contacted me and inform me Frigidaire was honoring replacement of my choice. I decided to go with the same model as it was an easy fit back into my cabinets. Going through this process was not fun but I was pleased that Frigidaire and Best Buy stood behind their product.

It works as advertised as a microwave it's reasonably priced for the money that noisy efficient makes my life easier

very economical for the price. it has alot of the same types of features that the more expensive appliances have yet at a fraction of the price. the food seems to cook evenly and the cooking timing is very accurate. the units looks very nice and there is plenty of room. its super easy to use, even for my kids.

The microwave is very spacious and the high wattage allows you to reheat food quickly. I'm not crazy about the fact there is no quick defrost feature but the regular defrost works just fine. The downside is the metal mesh vent covers are difficult to install correctly. If not installed correctly, the vent covers can fall out onto your range if the microwave door is shut too quickly.

We had the exact same model for 8 years before it finally burnt out, but we loved it so much that we got the same thing again.
