Everything was excellent except it took 1 month for order to arrive at Woodinville store in Washington State.

We decided to keep it since the store had no more available and the dent is mostly hidden by the surrounding cabinet. Now that we have had it for about a month the plastic covering on the control panel is de-laminating. Not only is it unsightly, but the bubbling/lifting of the plastic is making it difficult to read the control panel display figures.

Beware of plastic handle

The problem is after one year of use the handle broke. It’s cheap plastic. The cost to replace the handle is as much as the whole microwave. This model microwave didn’t even show up on Frigidaire parts website. I would only recommend this with the understanding it’s not built to last. It’s a cheaper model.

But, all in all, a great microwave. I’m very pleased with it. I did have a little difficulty installing it since the holes did not line up with my old microwave. Had to make new holes in my cabinet.
