I love this microwave totally awesome everything i expected and more.

Quiet. Love the lighting. Looks great in my remodeled kitchen.

Thought it was going to be exactly the same as I had, especially when I showed the salesman my old one. There is no bracket in this one, light only has 1 level, can't stop the rotation for some items. All in all it's just ok, disappointed.

Installed microwave and turned on for first time and it seems noisy. What is the worst is the fan noise. At low speed it sounds as if the fan is rubbing. At high speed the noise is louder. The noise from the operation (while microwaving, not using the exhaust fan) also seems louder than my cheap countertop model.

2nd one of these...great microwave! Easy to install; especially if you're replacing an older version of it, and is pretty much plug and play.

Consider this item to be a disposable, to be replaced every 2-3 years

Microwave is well constructed. New home construction so wanted appliances to match and all be same brand. Frigidaire has a good reputation and items are packed with the usual useful features. Pleased with purchase.

So for this item we purchased an open box which was supposed to have been in excellent condition. It has several scratches though so would not say it was excellent condition unfortunately other than that though the microwave seems to work well

have not put it in third one was sharp the electrolux Frigidaire got it with a new oven second still works. the door is getting weak but with the whole family using it i got about 10 12 years use

I received exactly what I ordered. It works well. The installation (which I did myself) was relatively simple. No issues.

It's good buuuuuttttt why would they not make both outer exhausts ??? The lower exhaust goes outside, and the microwave is inner at the top. Other than that, no issues.

I would rate this a 0 if I could. This is the 3rd one we have purchased thinking it would be different. They stop working within months and this last one worked…stayed on 3 seconds at a time. I will look at other manufacturers to not only replace my microwave but all my other appliances.

This is the only appliance we ordered that didn’t have a problem. No dents and works great.

I've owned this for close to 18 months. Worked great while it lasted. The microwave made a good fizzle and a we saw a bunch of sparks. Now it no longer powers on (already checked breakers and wave guide). Planning on reaching out to Frigidaire to see if they will honor the intent of their warranty.

Great microwave! Love that the door is easy to open and also love the feature to add small increments of time.

Owned two of this model. The first one died within 3 years and the second one broke after 1.5 years, both with the magnetron failure.

Our Salesman, Steve, was very knowledgeable and very helpful! He made our purchase very satisfying.

Lasted 51 months. Cost more to repair than replace. Relaced unit fir the original space. I hope this one lasts longer than 51 months. Ironically, the repair guy said this is one they don’t work on as much. Interesting how he had the repair parts in his truck. Hummmmm…coincidence??
