My old microwave of 7 years quit working and I needed to replace it. This Frigidaire microwave that I purchased was easy to install and is very simple to operate, very satisfied.

I’m satisfied with the microwave. It’s easy to use and works much like our old one. The only nuisance is that the buttons are harder to push.

Terrific microwave! Has a FANTASTIC "soften butter" feature that somehow manages to soften (or melt) butter without making it explode all over the inside of the microwave. That in itself has been really handy! The only thing I don't like about this microwave is that they removed the two different light options found in our previous model. This one is just "on" (full brightness) or off. No medium brightness option for the light. Oh well. Not a huge issue.

Replaced a Frigidaire Microwave in my rental property that went out after 20 years with this model. This was definitely an upgrade. It works great and my tenant has been very happy with it.

This product is the exact replacement of a previously owned Frigidaire over the range microwave. The microwave it replaced was used everyday for over thirteen years, and without a problem. I am hoping this replacement gives me the same service, and I am sure it will for I have complete confidence in Frigidaire. Dealing with Best buy was professional, it was delivered on time with no damage or defects. I have purchased other appliances from Best Buy also with the same satisfaction.

This microwave is a no nonsense one that does what it is supposed to do. It is not too complicated and a decently large enough size for our family if 4. No complaints so far!

Fit exactly in the spot our 10 year old microwave (same make, old model) was in. Did not have to change out any brackets. Very quiet and cooks faster.

I had to replace my old microwave. So I looked for one on BestBuy. I come across this one. I payed for installation and it works great so far.

This microwave is great! Very quiet when running. Will say the end timer is VERY loud even on the lowest setting. I turned off the sound so its quiet.

The BB team was wonderful and helped me load this in to my car! The microwave itself was in perfect, brand new condition. And so far it is doing a great job. As with most home appliances we got a little turned around during installation but I chalk it up to user error. One of the best parts is that I saw this unit at a different store and they wanted an extra $60 to deliver it to my home, with no option for pick up. Not only did BB have it available for pick up; but it was for a lower price to begin with. I am very happy with my purchase!

only have used it once. Seems to work without issues at this point many features I was in aware of and inside is quite decorative and nice

This replaces a 4 year old model that died when the house had a power surge. Easy install and nice upgraded features considering this is the “budget” friendly model!

I'm a basic micro wave user. I normally only use time cook and set the number of minutes or seconds. This microwave has so many choices and operation controls I'm sure I will not use most of them. And after reading the instruction manual it seemed a little complicated although the directions were written well and clearly. For someone who uses their microwave to do almost all their cooking this micro wave will be perfect. On the other hand, so far the results I have gotten with it have been perfect and I am very happy with it. Now I just need to start using more of the various operations.

All went well. Installation was fast and easy. Microwave is efficient and works well. Happy with the purchase.
