This has the most necessary, but often not mentioned, feature - you can mount it right up against a cupboard or wall on the hinge side. I've seen this called zero clearance or 90° door, but most documentation you find online when deciding which one to buy lacks this in their specs. Having a bank of cupboards directly on the left severely limits the models that will work. We were replacing just a vent unit and I didn't realize this was a "thing" until I started reading reviews on the various models I was researching. Aside from that, this unit is very quiet and while it doesn't have all those fancy bells and whistles, it's got quite an array of options. The 10 and 30 second buttons will add time while you're cooking or can be used from the start. My husband was able to install it himself in a couple of hours (it did help to have a second person to lift it) and the installation method was pretty straight forward. It's very sleek looking and I hope to be using it for many years.

I previously had a Frigidaire gallery series microwave that was damaged by a rare accident. Needed a new over the range microwave so I decided to stay with the same brand since the last one worked very well. I am glad I stayed with the same brand made installation a breeze everything lined up and didn't have to re-drill any holes and back plate was perfectly aligned. Working great!!

I am so completely happy with this product! And, the customer service was stellar. The professionals who delivered the microwave were also the installers. They completed the installation in approx. 10 minutes. This is one of my best purchase decisions!

Purchased to replace our old microwave. We have had very good luck with our Frigidaire kitchen appliances. I use the microwave more than the oven for heating quick meals and popcorn. This microwave is quiet and looks clean.

Microwave works well. However, the door handle broke of after just over a year of moderate use.

We’re remodeling an upscale house for resale. I bought this microwave because it looked good on the outside. When I started using it, I realized I had not looked at the inside pictures. It’s plastic inside. Also doesn’t have convection which would’ve come in handy for meals like Thanksgiving, since my single wall oven is very small. The chime is super loud and annoying. You’ll definitely never forget that there’s something in there. It does what it should. I just should’ve bought something higher end for this nice of a house. Live and learn, I guess.

The unit works as predicted. We are not having or anticipate any issues with the microwave. The reason for the low rating is due to the installation crew. They were so careless during the installation they denied the side of the unit.

I purchased this microwave to replace a much older version. It fits perfectly, operates great and looks fantastic!

Do NOT buy this piece of garbage. We bought it in May 2022 and it started sparking in August 2023. I know we live in a “disposable” society but having it be irreparable (according to our home warranty company) after 15 months with a 12 month warranty is criminal.

What I like: Works just as a microwave should. Nice bright white interior. What I don’t like: The fan is useless. If you like to run it when boiling water on the front burners (most likely scenario) don’t expect it to suck up the steam (my very old one did it perfectly). The steam will just rise up and saturate the front door of your microwave and any cupboards that might be above. I’m assuming if it won’t suck steam it probably won’t suck odors or smoke either. Haven’t needed it for that yet.

We decided on this microwave because of the reviews and the sales price was great as well. Our kitchen aid microwave stopped working (the sensor went bad). This microwave is quieter. Only 4 stars cause it took me awhile to figure out how to use some of the features but once i got those down it’s all in all a great microwave. Fits perfectly under our stove. Now to shop stoves in the future.
