I had to actually consult the manual, and it's not easy to commit to memory. I'm withholding the 5th star and wouldn't probably buy this again due to the flush-top vent blowing moist air on my wood cabinets above. My previous unit opened a vent door which angled the air outward and away from the cabinets. So, even if you don't use the vent fan, the heating of everything will produce moisture that will degrade the wood above. Didn't think about the importance of that one feature, but it's something I would recommend everyone reconsider.

Actually, it cooks at 1000 watts, so it was kind of deceitful. I will see how it cooks, but I am disappointed at the misdirection.
