Not too expensive, it looks good, and works well. Make sure not to open the door while it is still running; stop it, then open the door.

I like the simplicity of the controls with the exception of getting the keystrokes right for defrosting. I had to actually consult the manual, and it's not easy to commit to memory. I'm withholding the 5th star and wouldn't probably buy this again due to the flush-top vent blowing moist air on my wood cabinets above. My previous unit opened a vent door which angled the air outward and away from the cabinets. So, even if you don't use the vent fan, the heating of everything will produce moisture that will degrade the wood above. Didn't think about the importance of that one feature, but it's something I would recommend everyone reconsider.

Old Fridgedaire microwave died. It was an over range model. I needed a slip in newer model. None of the locals had one in stock. Best Buys could order one and have it in store in 3 days. Their price was lower than any other local vendors. I order it and it arrived in two days. The slip-in installation worked as advertised. Well satsfied.

We needed to replace our microwave, this was closest match to size and color we needed to match other appliances. I am happy with it , I liked my other one better but it was discontinued. Doesn’t have a shelf like my last one. Purchase and installation from Best Buy was excellent

Much quieter than my previous microwave and heats more evenly. Only feature I wish it had is two settings for the light that shines underneath. I like that it’s very bright for illuminating my cooktop but wish it had lower setting for when I am not cooking. Also noticed that the door hinge started making clicking sound when opening it after a few weeks. It’s intermittent and doesn’t seem to hamper performance.

Got the same style as I previously had to make install a breeze. Heats things quickly. Nice look and design. Only drawback so far is it doesn't have a 'night-light' option for the light. Its on or off. But that is not enough to move the rating.

Weird placement of buttons. Setting timer vs cook time is confusing. Does the main job of course but probably better options for less than $50 more. After this purchase, we moved and bought a house with the SAME model in it. The second one in the new house has a display issue where the first digit blinks incessantly. Looking to cough up $250 just to stop the small nuissance in the kitchen. Would definitely not buy again.
