    This Microwave looks great in my kitchen,the black stainless upgrade is a game changer to the appearance, love the 1,2,3 minute quick option. The only downfall is when you cook on the range, anything that puts out steam gets in the door glass even with the fan running, it does dissipate after a bit, not sure if this is intentional to the design.

    new microwave, is great, but contract installers that Best Buy uses are terrible. Instead of measuring, guy drilled two big holes in cabinet above for power cord above allowing wood to to fall into holes at top of microwave creating fire hazard, that necessitated replacement 2nd time

    So far so good, appears to be of good quality. Pain to install (was replacement unit) of course layout totally different than previous unit, just more cutting and hole drilling. Poor cabinet!

    This unit was a replacement for a 21 year Kenmore that served us well. The installation was easy and it is working flawlessly. It's gorgeous. The LED lighting is super bright inside and out and I love it.

    Easy to use. The problem I had was the installer charged us $30 each to remove the microwave and dishwasher. That's in addition to the installation costs. He said if we don't pay it he was leaving. Nothing about removing costs on the paperwork.

    This microwave is super easy to use and looks great! It heats up food quickly and thoroughly. The window and light-colored interior allow you to view what you're heating up. The quick start buttons are really helpful, too!
