I called frigidaire and they told me i needed to buy the part and pay for them to fix it. The fix it price was almost the same aa buying a new one. So i glied it since ive only had it for a year and i will never buy this brand again.

Good, but noisy

I bought this model because I needed a zero clearance door, as there's a wall up against the left side of the microwave. As such Frigidaire is the only manufacturer making these nowadays, from what I understand. Works fine so far. Only thing is I noticed it makes more noise than my much older GE. I'm not about to take it down to see what's up. Hopefully it holds up.

The inside of the microwave has a lot of space, but it's bright white in color. So, I'd recommend buying a plate cover to prevent food from splashing all over it. I would rate it 5 stars, but the process of getting it delivered and installed was a pain. I made arrangements to be home multiple times, and no one showed up. They eventually got it right and compensated us for the trouble. With that said, I felt like they earned the 4 stars.

The first time I used it, I was stunned on how quiet it is and how fast it cooked compared to my old model. The outside is easy to clean and I love that because I was concerned it would show fingerprints. I'd recommend this product to my family and friends, so it's an A++ fro me.
