This product is far too noisy. I live in a seniors complex and I have to either use my A/C, or watch TV. I can't co both at the same time unless I use captions. I have to turn my volume much to high and that is disturbing to my neighbors.

can not give a review because I did not get a chance to use it did not work, the 1st one I got I sent it back because it was beat up and the second the compressor did not work

I bought this AC as an Open Box item. For a few years, my family and friends would always complain about how hot it was in my house. Only when I purchased a new AC did I realize that the Open Box one was not even working the entire time. It was basically an expensive fan.

This airconditioner sucks it leaks all over and not quiet like promised to be

Inexpensive, but would not cool small room to programmed temperature. Had to set temp 5 to 8 degrees cooler. Unit also ran continuously for at least 18 hours to get some what cool. Energy save mode NG. Purchased Friedrich unit, much better!!!

This is a great AC! It runs so well and only sounds like fan noise most of the time, cools the room fast and keeps it nice. I'm not a fan of the eco mode, I don't think it keeps it cool enough but that is my personal preference.
