This A/C unit does exactly what I was hoping. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud. Not loud in the clinky/Klanky kind of way but loud as in a lot of air coming through a small hole kind of way.

Nice A/C a little expensive but it works. Will see how long it last. So far it does a great job keeping my room cold. I was hoping it would cool the next room and hallway. It is strong for one room or an open layout. If your looking to cool one large room it will be able to. More than one room it is not as effective.

Old ac was 17 yrs old big and heavy. Time for an updated model. This one is smaller, 1,000 btu and much lighter then old one. It does the job. Our weather has been warm and muggy and this new one has been able to remove the humidity and reduce the air temp to comfortable levels.

So far the air conditioner is working as expected. It fits nicely in the window.

Purchased this air conditioner for my small living room, works great to quickly cool the area. The only drawback is it takes 2 people to get it installed.

With this 100 plus tempurtures this has come in handy. Works great really enjoying the remote with sensor that controls a constant temperature in the room.

Older house with poor ventilation and I am not a summer/heat person. This is easy to set up, easy to use and pumps out cold air. I have another one with less BTUs for another room and it is just as good. It's a little loud, but well worth it.

Babying a dying a/c unit and needed some help keeping our upstairs cool. Doing the job fine. Installation instructions aren't great. One step that should be done prior to others isn't mentioned until the end. We got it installed though and it kept us cooler.

I love this thing I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. The sun hits my place all day and it keeps the whole place cool. I find myself having to turn it down ( temp up) because I get cold. I plan on getting one for my parents.

The performance is there, it would be a test of time now

I own an older home with radiator heating so there is no ductwork for whole hous AC. We put the 10,000 btu unit in our dining room and it keeps that room, our kitchen and living room cool. Runs quiet. Love it!

Has all the bells and whistles with different setting combos. Also comes with all the materials needed to install and secure in a window. They made it as easy as possible to install so that even I could do it!

The uninsulated room I installed this unit is about 20x20. It does very well in the evening and night but barely keeps up with the Texas heat during the day. Maybe should have purchased the next size up. But it does work fine.

Temperatures peaked 100 degrees and my old a.c. quit. After reading the reviews I decided to go with this unit. I'm so glad I did! Cooled lower half of my house with no problem. A must have in hot summer months!

My 1st a/c didn't last to long, sad butu true. But Best Buy was happy to replace my other one since I'd purchased the insurance on it, and had it for only one month. It's a good cooling unit for the price.

I bought this A/C for my sons room and it works great. I cools down his room great. It comes out cold for a small A/C.

I needed a new a/c to replace my LG 8,000 BTUs, which had stopped cooling after 7 years. This very powerful a/c does a good job of cooling both my kitchen and living room quickly and efficiently.

When I bought this AC I was not sure if it would be enough to cool my room. I am surprised as how it keeps my room cool even though I always keep it on energy saver mode.

I bought this air conditioner in late Spring, 2017. It was used many days and most nights during the summer, and worked as expected. I am overall generally pleased with the purchase.
