This unit works quite well overall. It's easy to operate and it seems to be quality built. It does take a while to produce a full basket of ice though. To fill the (rather small) ice tray in the unit, it takes about 80 minutes. As long as it stays reliable, that's what counts to me.

The icemaker is a welcome addition to my home. It fits nicely upon my copper ice chest. The ice is great for water and or cocktails. The end less store of ice is great. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a lot of ice for their family and friends.

Great ‘smaller’ appliance. Ice pieces are perfect size and are produced fairly quickly. Everyone of my friends who has seen it in operation, wants one. Normally I would feel this item is completely a luxury purchase to not waste money on; however, I have a family member going through multiple surgeries and needed a sufficient amount of ice. This made all the difference!

I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. He is making ice constantly. It works well and fast and we have had no issues with it. The only problem I had was with the delivery. It came in no box to hide what it was so my husband saw what it was before Christmas.

Love this ice maker, great for parties, etc, take it outside on patio.

The refrigerator that I purchased has had problems with the icemaker and I’ve tried to get it fixed but the maker of the refrigerator no longer will be replacing that icemaker so therefore I had to go somewhere else and my son had bought one of these and it does great it can make us for an entire day in just an afternoon.

I love this ice machine. Never run out ice, just make sure you use distilled water.

I love the ice machine, it a very fast making ice machine you can have. And it doesn't take up alot of space

The ice maker works well but you do have to empty the basket or the ice will melt and be rejenerated. I can make a gallon bag of ice in about 4 hours if I store each basket full in the freezer emptying the basket every hour or so.

its great and very easy to use, I love it, I bought it cuz the ice maker in my fridge quit and this is much cheaper than a technician to come out months later.

My husband and I were stopping to purchase bags of ice every time before going out on our boat so we decided to buy this ice machine!! Now we just make some and store it in ziplock freezer bags!!! No more stopping to purchase ice!! Win! Win!!

Just received my ice maker by Fridgedair. Unboxed and read the directions. The bronze color is really nice and matches my coffee inspired kitchen very well. So far so good. Its making some working nioses now and we will see how the ice turns out! I can hear it filling now. So excited.

It couldn't be simpler, fill it with water, turn it on and select small or large 'bullet' shaped ice. The first appear within 8-10 minutes. It makes 9 bullets at a time and in a few short hours enough ice to fill a gallon freezer bag from one water filling. You DO have to empty the basket inside a few times each fill - it shuts off when the basket is full - and realize this machine does NOT store ice frozen. That's why the freezer bags are needed, otherwise they just melt back into the water reservoir below the basket. I am happy with the purchase.

Our granddaughter loves this gift! It doesn't take up much room & she is never out of ice.

This is a great item. Use it all the time, winter through summer. Need ice, pop open and scoop out. No need to open freezer to get ice. Love it.

Works really well makes a lot of ice in a great time limit.
