Defective from the start two times

The unit did not work new out of the box. I returned the first unit and the second unit did not work out of the box! I contacted the companies customer care about the problem and they did not seem to care about there new product being defective out of the box. Both units returned not working. Good luck good bye thank goodness i brought them back to Best Buy for a full refund before i had to deal with Frigdaire

I decided to just return it. I'm sure it's a good product I just happened to get one broken in shipment.

Incredibly disappointing

I would not recommend it, unless you buy a warranty. He did a fantastic job while it worked, but disappointing that the product would stop working so short into its lifespan

Doesn't have large or small ice option

When I opened the box there wasn't any ice size option. After more research, I found 5 EFIC117-SSBLACK-COM. All were different sizes and 4 supposedly had the large and small ice option. This is a very unethical and deceitful way of doing business Fridgidaire and Curtis International inc.
