Works very well. Letting neighbor use it for bridal shower she is having and halloween party.

We got it for my wife and man it's a lot bigger than i expected! When it makes the ice, however, expect to be getting up and take the ice out periodically because the ice basket isn't as big as the machine lol. I do like that you can pick from smaller pieces to larger pieces of ice. It's as basic as it can get! Super easy to use.

Excellent ice production. The appearance is beautiful. The smell of plastic is very noticeable, at first, then it goes away.

Soft ice won’t hurt your teeth. Not brittle like that made in your freezer. Keeps up with your needs for ice chewing. Only downside is machines tend to fail after about 4-5 months. Just buy extended warranty to have it replaced when this happens. I’m on my third machine in just over a year. Yeah it’s a hassle to have it replaced but it’s worth it to have the special ice. It’s that good!!

This unit works quite well overall. It's easy to operate and it seems to be quality built. It does take a while to produce a full basket of ice though. To fill the (rather small) ice tray in the unit, it takes about 80 minutes. As long as it stays reliable, that's what counts to me.

Great ‘smaller’ appliance. Ice pieces are perfect size and are produced fairly quickly. Everyone of my friends who has seen it in operation, wants one. Normally I would feel this item is completely a luxury purchase to not waste money on; however, I have a family member going through multiple surgeries and needed a sufficient amount of ice. This made all the difference!

The ice maker works well but you do have to empty the basket or the ice will melt and be rejenerated. I can make a gallon bag of ice in about 4 hours if I store each basket full in the freezer emptying the basket every hour or so.

So, I just got this yesterday and I'm impressed. It's not really heavy and it's compact for an ice maker, so it wouldn't be hard to transport somewhere, if you wanted too. It was simple to set up and use: 1. Unpack the item. 2. Put it on a flat surface. 3. Turn it on 4. Add water, 5. Select the ice cube size. 6. Happy Happy, Joy Joy On interesting feature was how the machine puts in the ice in the basket. For some reason, I thought it would just make ice and free fall into the basket but it actually has a little lift that lifts the ice up from the ice making area and over into the basket. I'm not sure what kind of voodoo is being used but it seems to make a quite a bit of ice, yet the water level in the reservoir doesn't go down much. On the plus side, you don't have to refill the water often but the other hand, you have to hope that it isn't demon magic causing that. In regard to my four start rating, I took a bit off of the rating, because I though the small size bullet ice would be smaller. While I knew it wouldn't make nugget ice, I just wanted smaller buwwets, wabbit. The other thing is the quality. Honestly, I have no idea how to rate the quality of an ice maker. It's not my area of expertise. It gets the job done well, so something is working right. I guess that makes it average?

One of our best purchases. Makes ice pretty quickly but is kind of loud. The tray fills quickly but you can empty it out into your freezer to make more. Highly recommend if you do not have any type of ice maker.

Great counter ice maker. Makes ice fast. Convenient for our home bar.

Overall I like it and would want to buy again. Very Quick making ice. The down side is that ice melts fairly quickly and stick together if I don’t use right away.

The item is overall very good but mine cane damaged with a dent in it.

Nice icemaker. Does the job but make sure to move the ice in the basket to the freezer as it will not keep it cold enough to maintain it and it will start to melt. It makes ice very fast though (about 7-8 mins you have some ready).

So far this machine has been good, the only problem that I have with it is I guess it is not insulated very well, and the ice melts pretty quickly. It does make ice fast though.

This was a lot cheaper than fixing the ice maker in the fridge. It works great and doesn't take a lot of space.

I've had this for over a year now. I have an old fridge with no ice maker so this is a must in our house. We leave it on 24/7 and it's still running perfectly. I have had to clean it several times and I can't get in the back where the ice is made. There is a plastic piece out back that has mold on it and I've tried using a toothbrush, straw cleaner, just about everything and still can't get to it which grosses me out. The power went out and it shut off and we didn't know for 2 days. Just in that amount of time the water tank area had mold on the walls and the plastic filter on the bottom has mold as well. I wish there was a drain plug to remove the water to clean it. I had to get a towel to soak up all the excess water and then use vinegar and baking soda to clean out the mold. I will say that the ice holding basket is extremely durable. I use the scoop to bang the ice apart all the time and surprisingly that basket hasn't broken.
