However, upon contacting customer service, I did receive 20% off purchase price, so I guess that helped. Unfortunately, I will think twice before ordering this kind of item from Best Buy in the future. The customer service rep was very pleasant but the product was barely acceptable.

great for cooling small areas

But in the hottest part of the summer our house gets uncomfortably warm and with a newborn this year we were in need of a little relief and this unit gave us just what we needed.

This AC does the job.

Since this has been installed, the room is cool,very little noise, easy temperature control, and the air feels cleaner. Think it was a good choice.
