    It's a nice AC it cooled the room quickly when we needed it,it would stop running when the temp. you have it set at reaches it point. I especially like the remote it comes with.

    We needed this unit desperately when our old ac conked out as our Florida summer temperatures are legendary! We installed the unit quite easily and enjoyed the cool air almost immediately. Ah-h-h!

    originally bought a 15,000 btu a/c. what a nightmare. Had to put together, which took forever. returned it hassle free and got this one. installed and working in 10 min, no problems
