Good product but GREAT customer service!

So we called customer service right away for a replacement. The representatives were very knowledgeable and efficient. They understood that it was defective and requested a new one be sent out to us immediately. The new one arrived in a couple of days and works like a charm. Great customer service. Thumbs up Best Buy!

This is extremely important to me as I have allergy and asthma suffers in my home. The system cleans and cools the air continuously while keeping the temperature constant.
