Today’s compressors run much faster than in the past; the compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Your new, high-efficiency beverage cooler may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable.
Is your appliance on a leveled floor? Are your doors opening/closing properly?
Your unit must have all bottom corners resting firmly on a solid floor. The floor must be strong enough to support a fully loaded unit.

Don't buy via delivery

Both in open damaged boxes. First one looked as if a poor refurbished job was done. Second one I refused delivery because the box was so beat up and could see the product scratched without even opening.

I spoke to a best buy rep and they apologized and set up another pickup of the old frig and delivered a new frig. The delivery and pick up was awesome... Exceeded my expectations. New frig looks good and appears to be working great.
