Posted .MORLOG, I know how frustrating it can be to adjust to the sounds from a new appliance. Modern beverage coolers have increased storage capacity and more stable temperatures. They require a high efficiency compressor. When the surrounding noise level is low, you might hear the compressor running while it cools the interior. Some hard surfaces like floors, walls, kitchen cabinets, and open concept living spaces, may make sounds more noticeable. These things come from a warehouse and I went through 2 before I received one that wasn’t AS dented as the first 2. Really annoying waiting a week in between each only for it to arrive and the box is crushed or stabbed with a fork from the lift..

Came damaged, pic misleading, only 3 shelves avail

It was damaged in multiple places. Obviously it had been mishandled multiple times during its delivery to the store itself. The foam is very thin around it and did not protect it at all. In addition, if we put bottles in it upright on 1 shelf, we are only were able to fit 3 shelves. Tried to call to see if anything can be done before we return it but no services are provided over the phone. We are too exasperated to bring it in with pandemic going on as it works and we would have to wait a week for another one to come in to pick up.
