Don;'t Buy Frigidaire Products- They Suck

In February 2023 it iced up and leaked water on my hardwood floor warping it. Best buy only accepts returns for 15 days - That's crap. Frigidaire is impossible to contact. I'll never purchase from Best Buy again for agreeing to sell stuff that can't be retuned when it proves its crap. Feel free to learn for yourselves...

I ordered it it came damaged so I had to drive it back return it and I ordered it again. I had to order it again because I built a bar around the dimensions of this beverage fridge. So I re-ordered it again and it came damaged again. Drove back returned it but was Stuck between a rock and a hard place as my bar was completely finished and designed around the dimensions I re-ordered it and it came damaged again. I am now with a beautiful bar and with no beverage fridge. Beyond upset and annoyed!

Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use since it had been dropped or something. Front glass door was dented on one side. Box looked as if it had been dragged on a muddy road.

Bestbuy had it listed as excellent condition. Upon receiving the item we discovered it was damaged and sent it back. Best Buy sent another one to us, but it never came. Bestbuy then closed out the order and refunded money.
