I would have liked to do store pick up to ensure product integrity but that wasn’t an option with Bestbuy. Highly annoyed having to return a 100 lb product twice.

If the door isn’t being opened, it’s usually not running, but stays cold. Arrived w a dent, but it’s on a side against a wall, so… I ignored it. Definitely a notch above most of the cheaper versions that you have to replace every few years.

Dangerous design sliced my palm open

The steel frame of the glass door at the top was indented such that a sharp piece was sticking out at the corner which caused me to slice my palm open. Best Buy replaced it only to have literally the same issue on the second one just delivered PLUS a dent on the top. How do they stay in business making such a poor and dangerous product?
