Just opened top of box and could see it was dented. Going back. Husband is so mad, just about done ordering major appliances from Best Buy. Dented fridge before and stove didn’t work on one of the burners. Frigidaire, where is your quality control ??? Three major appliances, all had problems!!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service

I return home and open the box to find it damaged on three sides. Best Buy Customer Service tells me they will not accept it as a return because it was past their 15 day return window. I’ve spent $30,000 with Best Buy over the past five years.

Ended up returning it for a refund. Many other reviewers mentioned the same issues so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. The box looked ok so I guess the damage happened at the factory?

We returned it to the store and they ordered us a second one. It also arrived dented. At that point we returned it for a refund. The store did a great job helping us with the return process.
