    While shipping was fast the box was crushed which caused to major dents in top of the product. To make it worse, I am now responsible for finding a store and returning the 99 pound item.

    The fridge looks nice and keeps the beverages cold but we returned it after a week because we couldn't live with the noise. Save your money and buy a different one.

    Okay for the man-cave, not the kitchen (noisy)

    This beverage center is fine as an affordable way to store sodas and beer. However, the gurgling sound (yes, that is the term used in the official troubleshooting manual) made while cooling is really distracting. If you are on a budget and don't mind the sound of doves cooing in your kitchen, then this is the fridge for you.

    Live looking fridge. Keeps dei ks nice and cold. Only issue we're some sharp edges around the frame that needed filed down resulting in scratches Other than that, great purchase.

    I should have read the recent reviews before buying. Gave up and returned for a refund after my 3rd damaged unit. The first unit had a dent in the top corner of the door, the 2nd unit sounded like a jet engine and was smashed on the bottom, and the 3rd was significantly damaged on the top corners of the unit. We plugged in the first unit for a day to see if we liked it to try for a 2nd and it seems good if you can find one not damaged. Good luck.

    Damaged product delivered

    The mini fridge in the box was a bit beat up when it was delivered. Probably why it was so heavily discounted. The top right corner where the hinge is was bashed in and bent. The door is also a bit askew because the hinge damage. I called customer service and they offered me $40 for compensation but I wouldn’t be able to take it back if the mini fridge failed. I didn’t think that $40 was worth voiding any future recourse if I had problems with it. I did go to the physical store to see if they had another mini fridge I could trade it out for. They did have another one that was in box that also looked pretty beat up and they opened it so I could see if it was also damaged - it was even more beat up than the one delivered to me. It was pretty disappointing to have a damaged product even at the sale price. I ended up keeping the mini fridge because I didn’t have time to order another one for an event I was having and it did actually work. I certainly get the feeling that Best Buy knowingly deals in damaged goods. Won’t purchase from them again. Lesson learned.

    The item was received very damaged. There were dents on all the corners, the door was ajar and frame bent. It looked like it was previously owned and returned. I gave it 1 star because I received it.

    Similar to what others have said... overall, pretty good product. Mine also came with a dent in it (back corner, not visible), and is mostly quiet - could be quieter, but it's in a TV room and I only notice it if nothing is on. Overall, it's solid.

    The beverage cooler came with dings and scratches. Very unhappy with the product. It won’t cool below 50°. I bought a fridge thermometer and the temperature it shows is not the true temperature.

    I just plugged it in, and the noise is loud enough to hear across the room? Does this sound this loud 24/7? Will this eventually quite down? So far this is bizarrely loud?

    The box appeared to arrive in good shape - we never opened it because we didn't have anywhere to put it during our kitchen remodel. We just now opened it to find that the entire top of the unit and the corner of the door are both crushed, and now Best Buy won't return it - and were directed to the manufacturer. Thanks guys, never shopping here again :)

    Damaged but it works

    When I received this, it looked as though it was an open box return, which was not stated on the product when purchased. Per the website, I was purchasing this new. There were 2 dents. The cap that goes over the hinge was broken. Additionally the fridge will not stay shut unless you actually push it together. The seal must be damaged along with all the other issues However it does work

    Two different shipments - dents

    First had a huge dent on the foot area that pushed the level diagonal. Took back to the local store and they had a second shipped to me. After another week wait, it arrived. This one had dents on edges and sides in 5+ locations and a slight dent at foot area again. Going back and finding something else where I can have them open the box live before taking it home.

    Loud and was damaged.

    Bought this for my basement bar. I picked up at the store, watched the employee handling just flip it on a cart and bring out to my car. When I unpacked the front door corner was dented, and a large dent on the side. I plugged in and something was rattling. Still does after 3 days. I'll be taking this back. I can see why so many are damaged because of the handling.

    Freezes the back beverages

    The back of the fridge is so cold (no Matter the temp set) that it freezes any cans that touch it (which is problematic because they then explode). We have given them extra clearance now and it is okay. Kinda annoying, but otherwise great fridge, Great price!

    Exactly what we wanted. First unit we received was damaged. After a quick call to customer service, another unit was arranged and delivered in a couple of days. I was very impressed.

    Dripping water and can’t be fixed

    I had this refrigerator for few years and I found out lot of water dripping from the back lately. And there are big ice formed in the back and it supposed not doing that. I call the customer service and they told me nothing they can do. I need to buy the new one again.

    It was delivered damaged on the first order and again when replaced. Surprised that they chose to simply cancel the order. They hung up on me on 3 different calls to remedy the matter.
