Delivery & install was on time and fast, as is normal with Best Buy's team. Much appreciated. Bought same cubic size & brand as one being replaced. I didn't realize till after installed, new one several inches narrower and taller than old one, with same number of shelves. Makes it harder to get same amount of food as before.

Awful… I would love to talk about this with someone that has some authority or someone that just cares. Take a look at what I have bought in the store for the past couple years and see how embarrassing this should be for you……Awful

A little concerned though because it seems to make a lot of noise when you close the door. The items inside are definitely frozen, but it seems like moisture gets in easier than our previous freezer.

Missed the return period with Bestbuy by 1 day and the manufacturer warranty doesnt cover food lost. One thing for sure... I will no longer buying anything from Beatbuy or Frigidaire. Can't recommend anyone buying from Bestbuy or this freezer.
