My one complaint is the door open also does not seem to go off when the door is just barely cracked. This is exactly when I need that door open sensor to work.

A little concerned though because it seems to make a lot of noise when you close the door. The items inside are definitely frozen, but it seems like moisture gets in easier than our previous freezer.
