Works great for bedroom or office sized space. If you are having g a hard time getting it out of the box don't get frustrated and don't tilt it. After cutting the plastic outer band, simply lift the box and it will lift off leaving the product and the base packing. Took me a minute to figure that out.

Bought this for our daughter. Their rent house needs new duct work to go with the new AC because it can't keep up in the Texas heat. Added this unit in the bedroom and they can sleep in a cold room at night. Works great,

This fits perfectly in my sons tiny bedroom. It's not noisy and didn't take up too much space since his room is small. He is very happy and can sleep and hangout in his room without being too hot . We love it

This unit worked as advertised, however, it was undersized for our room. Our room is 9x11. We returned it for a 8000BTU.

Bought this for my daughters room and it works really well. I did notice it was a little quieter when I first bought it rather then when I used it the 2nd year.

Love this AC unit, this little guy kept my home nice an cool during the 2017 California heat wave. Got it for $169. The back of the unit is very fragile, be careful when setting it up, or you'll bend the vents in the back like I did.

I got this air conditioner for my daughters RV. The air conditioner in it had quit and would be unreasonable to fix. So I bought this small air conditioner and installed it in the wall of the RV. It has been working great and does the job.

Got it for a small room it is just right. It is not colder but gets the place comfortable. Make reasonable noise too. But in general does the trick! Price is accordingly!

My bedroom is above the garage and is always several degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The unit cools my room very quickly and prevents me from using central air unnecessarily. Great buy, easy to install and relatively quiet.

My friends house does not have central air and I suggested another portable unit. The old er ones are heavy and inefficient, this little beauty is lighter , efficient, and cools down a upper floor living room well!

Not the hardest blowing fans I've seen on older units this size but it does eventually cool a space that is bigger than it's intended for - happy with the purchase.

this is the best purchase i have made. the sun hits my room all day and its the hottest one in the house. this ac unit cools it off like a champ. now i sleep like a baby!!

I purchased this unit to add extra cooling to the bedroom since my wife had major surgery and will require several months to recover. The unit was set cooler than the rest of the house and cycles to maintain the desired temperature.

My daughter needs a window air cond for her tiny NY apt, after searching high and low at different stores, this is only one that fits in her tiny window for her room. It is small but strong enough for her small NY apt room

This air-conditioner is a great value, and works great for my bedroom and my daughter 's bedroom, living in a trailer the heat during the day rises quickly, but this cools down the rooms quickly and maintains a cool temp all day.

this is a good machine for a small room. Tried it in a larger room and it kept the room cooler, but not as cool as desired Outdoor temperature was in the high 80's.

My only complaint is that it gets a little loud but nothing unbearable. Works well, installation wasn't that bad, and has a number of usable features.

I like this air conditioner for the price and for a small room it gets it cool in no time! its 5,000 BTU and it gives you a lot of options with a remote control for it! buy this for the summer its a great buy.

I was very disappointed in this unit because I have the 8000 BTU version in my living room. That one is fantastic. This 5000 BTU unit cools well and has a good set of features (like energy saver, a circulating fan, adjustable louvers), but it is incredibly noisy when the compressor goes on, as in 3x as loud as the larger unit, loud enough to wake me up in a small room. Not recommended.
