    Tried to use this in an 80 sq ft insulated playhouse. It would not cool down I know it was 101 outside...but inside would not drop below 85. Needed the 10k BTU to work well.

    We are surprised to see that bed room whose size is within measurements of this Air Conditioner capacity is not effective. Having installed, we are lazy to remove and return. I recommend higher capacity A/C even for small BRs.
