Received unit ahead of schedule which was great. Cleaver packaging which you can use easily for storing during non use. Instructions were very clear and all parts were accounted for. Even comes with foam seals for your situation. Had to use a little bit of creativity to install it in our window but all is well and was no fault of the unit. Turned it on and everything is great. It's quiet as AC's go and simple to operate. BBRRRR..I love it! Well worth the money.

Purchased this AC unit because the reputation of the brand was very favorable. The size and weight could be moved in and out from one season to another. The controls were very simple and the 80 year old person who is operating it preferred a basic unit that gets the job done.

Room size 108 cu ft & 105 cu ft room. Clean and minimal design just wish we got one with a timer but for the price this is very reasonable. Recommend getting the Best Buy total tax with purchase they will come in and install as well as cover the items definitely made it worth it for our two air conditioners.

A great bedroom ac that can do a lot to chill a room, but not too much against humidity Overall a good placement of the ac would definitely be more than enough for most people

Installation was a snap. This a/c is well-suited for smaller areas like a bedroom.

When I received the product, the side was little dented out and back was dented in. However, it has been working very well so far. Satisfied

I purchased this to replace my previous AC unit. My previous one had buttons and a timer, so I kind of miss being able to set those, but overall, it does a good job cooling my 1 bedroom apartment. I usually set it as 5 (out of 7) on low cool and it gets me cold! I've never touched the high cool solely because max of the low cool does so well.

We had trouble with the unit kicking the compressor off and not cooling. I read the Use and Care booklet that came with the unit and found that the sensor located behind the front grill was in contact with a coil making the ac think it was colder than it actually was. Working great now.

It works great, I still have it in good condition.

I have had this Frigidaire Window Air Conditioner in my bedroom for almost a month now and love it. It really pumps out the cold air for as small as it is. I have Total Tech Support and 2 nice men came to the house and installed it in my window free of charge. Best Buy has been great to me.

Simple..easy...gets the job done. Needed a new A/C for my son's room...which is under 200 sq ft. He keeps it on like constantly....:( Went with the Frigidaire name...no frills...great value. Been about a month...it's great...if you don't need the bells and whistles, this is it....

Purchased to temporarily cool a small 8" x 9" room space. Works great for this application.

It was the hottest the day of the summer so far yesterday, so I put my a/c in. I'm running 2 of the 5,000 btu units in a huge apaprtment, and it was very comfortable. Hopefully it'll be this good by the end of summer. 5 stars.

Having a pretty rough time with getting an exchange through Frigidaire due to one of units blowing warm air.

Works great so far. Just a normal ac. Great for price. Used in a small room. The kids appreciated it.

Purchase two of these for a normal size room . Overall satisfied with the cold air and room gets cold within minutes ! Awesome . Came with accessories to make it fit on the window .
