Good service from Best Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am quite happy with my 3 new Fridgedaire AC units, even though 1 was making a very loud noise when I took it out of the box to test it before mounting it. But I called and Best Buy fortunately had another and did the exchange without any hassle at all. I plan to buy a new Airbook, possibly even a Pro this weekend.

Too loud!

So I bought it, when I set it up... It was ok but still too loud, couldn't hear my tv unless I turned the volume up past the 80 mark. And I usually watch my tv at the 17 mark..... After a few weeks it started vibrating and making more noise.... Now it sounds like a Diesel engine in a truck. I will be returning. My tv has to go past the 100 mark now. Thank god I purchased the warranty from geek squad. My mother has one that she paid a few more dollars for from pic Richards which is a fried rich and it's so cold and quiet u don't even know it's on.... Best Buy needs to start selling fried rich.! This AC does its job but my electric bill was too high and it's too loud! That's why it gets two stars cause it does cool my entire living room and dining room, after about 1 hour of being on.
