Overall Great

I don't feel a difference in colder for the room. Also I don't like that the drainage hole is there but the water still sits there in a puddle at the bottom. The drainage should be slightly tilted so all the water drains out. Overall good ac but could be better.

Efficient Window Unit

Had to remove the unit from the case and take out packaging material which was there to protect during shipping and then replace the unit back in the case. Directions weren't great. Needed 2 people to complete set up.

Beast to assemble / install

You have to take the outer casing of the unit off and do some things which was a complete headache. I had to ask for help from two other people to complete this which was time and extra effort I hadn't planned for. Also, you will need at least two people to install in the window because this unit weighs so much. I would have picked a different product if I had known this ahead of time.

Not much you say, consider over a 12 month period. Cools great, even have to cut the thermostat back and lower the fan speed, gives me chills, just how I like it.

AC units work wonderfully..and are quiet!

They keep our entire one level home nice and cool and are quiet. Installers did a great job too. Will defintely return to Best Buy in future when our bedroom AC needs to be replaced!
