So far this is a great AC. I installed in a mobile home window. Had to add extra supports but it looks good. It took close to 6 hours to install but I think it is worth it. My last ac was a 12,000 btu and it used more power than this one.

My air conditioner keeps the apartment cool during the hot summer months. It keeps the area 800 square feet cool just as advertised. It is loud but not as loud as other brands.

Frigidaire has a in my house for over 30 years it is very dependable my last air conditioner lasted 20 years and was still working when I gave it away, why did I give it away nothing lasts forever I love Frigidaire.

The sales person was very helpful. He helped me order on line as the air unit was not available in store. The unit was delivered right to my door. I did find that it was a little difficult to get the air unit ready for use.

Bought this air conditioner and it was too big for my window because i miss measured but got the same thing just smaller size and it works great. The auto mode helps keep the room cool without wasting energy.

Installation instructions not good. Works well except in "Auto Sensing" mode - then it "short cycles" - on for ~15 seconds, then off for ~60 - becomes annoying after awhile. Customer service, no help.

We bought one of these for our daughter's house last August, and it worked great. I good value for the money, so we bought a second one for the vacation house, with the same excellent results.

It was a little complicated at first but once we figured it out it went in nicely. I was very pleased and works great.

Central air keeps giving problems so tried this unit for the living room. It does pretty good just a little noisy otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.

I had purchased an identical air conditioner 2 years ago. It broke down just after the warranty expired. I purchased this identical air conditioner because it is the size that fits the hole in the wall. So far this one has worked well. We did purchase the extended warranty this time in case we have the same experience with this one that we had with the previous one.

The Best Buy is a good store to buy anything always work perfectly if in case it has a fabric damage they change you for a brand new profit

Works well but "short cycles" in the "Econ" mode. Filter maintenance seems like a hassle. Installation instructions could be better.

Already recommended it to 2 friends, who also purchased the air conditioner and they are very happy with their purchase.

This ac was a great buy even though it was not the actual ac originally ordered. Best Buy did not disappoint.

Had it for a week and works great. Install was not difficult and all materials and hardware was great.

We use it in a large open space living room and it works fine but it's a little noisy

I am very happy with this produce but the instructional manuel was poor. It did not differentiate between what size screw or similar device should be used where. Made something simple harder than it should have been.
