It does have a good suction on the door and doesn't just open with a touch. You have to want to open it for it to open. That's a good thing for my family. No accidental openings. I would suggest looking at this freezer in person before purchasing it. It works fine, but it's not as heavy duty and sturdy as what I previously had.

We've had this freezer for 13 months with absolutely no problems, and is exactly the right size for most anything!

We bought this freezer to replace an existing freezer. So far it has been great. Lots of extra space.

Excellent product for the price. It met all the must haves on my checklist while still being affordable.

We have never had any major problems with it. The only thing is that you have to change to water filter about every 3 months which gets rather expensive over a year's time. I am not sure if it is caused by the filter or our water. Also the light indicating the ice dispenser went out soon after we bought it. It is quite an ordeal to change out the bulb so we never had them come out. Not worth it.

Pleased with purchase. Choosing an upright freezer is the way to go, aids in organization and no more bending. The interior light is very beneficial.

I bought this as extra freezer storage for the garage. Lots of room and easy to change the configuration to fit bins and baskets.

It can be difficult to open, but that just means the seal is working. Takes two hands. Only disappointment is the door has multiple "dings" on it and I was disappointed that it was not pristine. Still functions but annoying that it clearly was bounced around in the warehouse. For us it is garage so not a problem, but if it were inside, I would have made them exchange it for one in better condition.

Frost free is awesome, storage bins are great, the LED. Light is really bright. I have an elk and two deer in it as well as a turkey and some miscellaneous items. It would be nice to have the option to change which way the door opens either right or left.

First and foremost, this thing stays cold. Just what I wanted, great for extra food from the big box stores. We bought it from the outlet with a dent, not impact to my review. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating is that when we open the door, the entire appliance slides. Maybe because it is only partially filled. So, we have to hold the side of the freezer when pulling the door open. If you have large hands like me, you can do it with one hand, but my daughter uses two hands. Not too big of a deal for the price. Not fancy, just cold.

Been looking for an upright freezer for quite some time. This one was on sale and the feature that really drew me in was the extra drawer that was placed half way down the freezer. It gives me more storage than just the shelf would and also is great for the smaller items that would slide all over the shelf and fall out while looking for something. There is also a big bottom drawer that I love, too. Runs fairly quiet, too.

This is a great size for the money and it works flawlessly! No issues yet!

I got this for my mom and they have a lot of food in it and still have room to put things.
