And when it was delivered, the guys delivering it, were polite and did a great job of unpacking it and placing it where I wanted it in my garage. It was one of the easiest appliance purchases that I've experienced in a long time. I'll definitely look at appliances at Best Buy for future purchases.

I have a small freezer in my refrigerator so I needed extra room to hold overflow. This has come in very handy and it freezes very well. Keeps everything. Had freezers in the past that wouldn't keep ice cream frozen but this freezer has no problem and everything stays frost free. It is energy star rated so it also saves me money and I don't have to dig for things like in a chest freezer. . What's not to like.

My old freezer was around 20 yrs old. Love the interior light and the movable shelving. This is kept in my garage so time will tell whether it will have trouble with the heat and humidity outside.

On 12/6/2016, I discovered a freezer full of spoiled food. What a waste! Best Buy does not service appliances in my area though I bought it at the local Best Buy store. I tried calling Frigidaire for assistance troubleshooting the appliance so I could perhaps repair it myself. They could not do anything more than refer me to another store for repair. Other appliance stores charge a trip charge of several hundred dollars with no guarantee they can repair the freezer. DO NOT BUY!
