Has alot of space inside as well as the freezer. Fits perfectly in space of my kitchen and looks beautiful!! The design is convenient to use. The delivery was perfectly executed.

On November 2, 2025 I ordered a refrigerator on November 12th I cancelled after discovering it wouldn't fit in my kitchen space. So I walked in to Best Buy and ordered a new one. Again, someone from the Geek Squad called and verified the space I had and the day of arrival for the new refrigerator that was expected to come NOVEMBER 24, 2025 BETWEEN 8am and 5:30pm. I was told the Geek Squad would call me on the arrival day before delivery. NO CALL! NO SHOW!! NO EXPLANATION!!!!! I called customer service a total of 8 times from 12:30pm to 5:30pm. The first 5 representatives were assuring stating the product was coming and still out for delivery. It wasn't until the 6th representative I started asking more questions and getting real answers. I asked was the delivery company third party? She said, oh no it's the Geek Squad. They're Best Buy employees. I knew then my item was not coming. The 7th representative had me on hold for a longer while than all the rest. When he came back to the phone he, "I'm sorry and really do apologize but the driver can't get delivered because they can't get to you" I lost it! And demanded my refrigerator be sent to me now! It's Thanksgiving and I'm cooking. I have guest I need MY REFRIGERATOR!!!!! He put me on hold again and gave a ticket number instructing me that s supervisor would call me in 30 minutes. I didn't wait for a call and none did! I called back the 8th time and asked to speak a supervisor. Someone named Julio came to the phone. Julio told me that there was an issue at the warehouse and that the item was never released. I'm on blood pressure medication and needed to take another dose because I felt pounding in my head and chest! Julio advised me to go to the store I purchased the product from to see if they could anything for me. Said maybe you could pick one up. REALLY??!!!!! I took a day off work and was one hour late for my other job! I have no refrigerator and don't know what I'm gonna do for Thanksgiving! No one at Best Buy cares that this has happened to and my family! As of 12:45pm today no has reached out to apologize, proved compensation or anything. Nothing! Oh but they have without my consent rescheduled delivery for SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH. i WILL NEVER BUY FORM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

I gave this 4 stars because it does not have a drawer for your deli items. There were two crisper drawers. I’ve never seen a refrigerator without this deli drawer! Other than that it is fine

French Doors/Bottom Freezer

It is open with different levels on the sides. It helps keep the shelves organized. This is the first time for a bottom freezer. I really like it. Again, it is organized.
