When I called the company they said I just had to defrost the freezer. After defrosting it began happening again in under a month.

Not good

Regret getting this one, honestly. The evaporator's noise is extremely annoying. I reached out to Frigidaire to see if we had a defect or it was normal - they say it's normal. Whack. Also, of the six soor shelves, 3 have broken off - the little tiny plastic tab that holds it in place does not last long.

The damage is on the left door near the top, I didn't pay all this money for damaged merchandise. This has been a very big inconvenience. Someone needs to communicate with the warehouse About the issue with this particular Frigidaire refrigerator. They need to check the inventory and send it back to Frigidaire if it is all damaged so Frigidaire can correct the damage when manufactured.

Not really what we wanted, but it does the job.

This was then changed to Dec-2nd, we were willing to wait for the fridge we had wanted, until the Delivery Date changed again to Feb. A 3 month Delay in the fridge wanted. We canceled the order of course and complained to the Company. We ended up purchasing This Specific Refrigerator only because it was a Floor Model, was Discounted, and then Discounted again because of our hassle. We still had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I give their delivery guys 5 stars, but the Delivery Service itself.. ZERO Stars. This Fridge will become a garage fridge where people don't see it because it came off the floor with scratches and dents. I just needed something to hold Thanksgiving left-overs, and that didn't even happen.

Expensive and not worth it.

Not worth it

Called Best buy total membership and they transferred me to Fridgidaire. Apparanty, the Total Membership is useless here when there is a manufacture warranty still in effect. So that was over half hour wait to speak to somebody. Also, fridge door can be difficult to shut if not allligned correctly.

Poor Construction / Manufacturing Defects

I have only had the fridge for 2 months, but the poor construction with multiple manufacturing defects have had me going in circles trying to get it replaced since it cannot be repaired. The display model at multiple stores don’t have any of the problems I have, so I know I just got a lemon, but it shouldn’t be this difficult to get a non-defective product! Regretting choosing Frigidaire.

Poor customer service management at Winston Salem

Posted .Hi RM17! We're saddened to hear that your ice maker didn't perform as expected; this is certainly not the type of ownership we strive for you to have. If your ice maker is not making enough ice, you can check the freezer control to see if it is set to too warm. Set the freezer control to a colder setting to improve the performance of the ice maker. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize. You can also check the fill cup and the tube at the back of the ice maker. If they are covered in ice, look for a blockage. If you see an obstruction, clean your refrigerator's water line. If that doesn't work, consider replacing the water fill tubes. Water gets to your ice maker from the main supply line in your house. If that line gets blocked, water won't be able to go into your ice maker. If you have particularly hard water, it may be that mineral deposits have created a blockage. Do not stand behind products

I reached out to Best Buy and was told I only had 15 to notify them. I was at 17 days. They would not replace the shelf. Horrible customer service.
