It's perfect in the garage for drinks and overflow from the inside fridge. I researched before purchasing this one because I learned that some fridges shouldn't be used in garages. This one rated well for outside and the price was decent.

This fridge is definitely keeping our food cold. The compressor is louder than I would prefer, but luckily the unit is so well insulated and sealed that it does not run all the time. The design and placement of the shelves is awkward. Consumer reports gave it a low rating on "ease of use" and I see why. Most of the shelves are the metal grate type, except the lower shelf which is glass. We wish we had purchased a fridge with all glass shelves. Items like pop-bottles fall over on the metal grate type shelves. The spacing of the shelves in not practical and it would be nice to have another shelve for smaller items. The shelves in the door are poorly designed. To reach some items on the regular shelves you have to open the door of the fridge all the way. Many times when you reach into the fridge to get something on a regular shelf, you brush something stored in the door and it falls out onto the floor. As my wife regularly states, "Whoever designed the interior of this fridge must have been a MAN who has never used a refrigerator in his life." This refrigerator is louder than we like and the interior design is poor, but it keeps our food and drinks very cold. This refrigerator also fit our budget very well.

I bought this on account of my good experience with my previous one, same brand and capacity. For reasons unknown, the doors are a bit wider than the body of the fridge and that was an issue getting it out of the elevator. The handles have a 90 degree shape where they meet, and the top one will remind you of that you get used to get out of the way before you raise your head. The shelves have a few fixed positions to choose from -compared to the bracket system of my old one, someone decided that was OK..., then the slots for the shelves take out some space inside the fridge that won't bother you until they do and take out some little space. The dairy compartment on the door is on top of one of the door shelves, and the space underneath can mainly be accessed with your fingers (so it is rather useless), and the door of the dairy compartment does not completely open. The crispers seem to be smaller than in my previous 18cu, and have an almost useless space of about 2 inches high on their back. In order to take one of them out for cleaning, you must open the fridge door wide open to the side (unlikely unless you put it in the middle of a room with no interferences), or remove the cover of the crispers and somehow manage. And to top it off, it came without a meat tray not even ice cubes trays. On the other hand, it does work, but the "simple" design issues that one might take for granted for an established brand will certainly were really disappointing and will make me think twice before buying anything on brand recognition or past experience alone. I think I even saw it in the store, but those issues went unnoticed: they come up once you know beforehand or you experienced them.

KEEPS EVERYTHING COLD. Seems to run a lot. Makes a few clicking sounds which they says is normal.

Delivery was prompt and the frig was what expected. So far it has kept everything cold. It will a bit to adjust the temp to where I like it.
