Posted .Hi Nieveblankita, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I would recommend checking to see if your door seal is bad. You can do this by placing a dollar bill between the body of the refrigerator or freezer and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing it. If nothing is stopping the door from closing then the gasket may need to be replaced. Hope this helps! -Jennifer
