The freezer door seal did not fit properly causing ice to form inside the freezer around the door. A technician came out and replaced the seal. The new seal worked great for several days but now it's doing the same thing again. There is a design flaw with the plastic covers covering the joint seams. The covers prevent the door seal from fully adhering to the frame.
