GEEK SQUAD IS NO HELP.

The extended Geek Squad warranty has failed to effectively repair this appliance after several service visits, diagnostics and attempted repairs. No integrity, and online Geek Squad service promises results - but still I don't have a working refrigerator after 6 months of appliance failure.

Both are Frigidaire brand, one purchased at Best Buy and another purchased at another local well known store. This is not about Best Buy, per sa, but about the brand Frigidaire. Both refrigerators have a problem with tons of frost on the food items. I am disappointed, however stuck. This is the only brand that would fit in my tiny kitchen and I should have chosen another brand for the garage. And so it is! You live and you learn. I will search for another brand that will at least fit into my kitchen so I can store food without the frost.
