The plastic on the back of the freezer compartment vibrates causing the noise. We are trying to get the company to come out and fix it, but we live in a remote area and they are apparently looking Into what they will have to do to make it happen. Ugh!!! Other than that we like it.

First service tech left and said fridge was no repairable. Then nothing. Called again. 2nd tech never showed up. 3rd call - tech cancels call before arriving and said it would be replaced. However, NO ONE EVER SUBMITTED THE ACTUAL REQUEST/TICKET FOR REPLACEMENT. A whole month has gone by with no working refrigerator! Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Stopped Cooling Within Weeks – Disappointed

A technician came out and said parts need to be ordered for the repair. It’s disappointing that a brand-new unit would malfunction so quickly, and it seems like there may have been an issue with it from the start. Quiet and efficient refrigerator

Quiet refrigerator compared to the 20+ year old one this replaced. The shelves and storage bins are rather thin and seem rather flimsy plastic. I believe that it will be necessary to very careful not to break them while trying to clean the refrigerator.

No compartment for eggs nor butter section. Would NOT purchase this appliance for my primary residence but it's adequate for vacation property.

Although it's not Energy Star, it actually uses less electricity than many that are, due to the rating system putting units into different classes.
