No compartment for eggs nor butter section. Would NOT purchase this appliance for my primary residence but it's adequate for vacation property.

Quiet refrigerator compared to the 20+ year old one this replaced. The shelves and storage bins are rather thin and seem rather flimsy plastic. I believe that it will be necessary to very careful not to break them while trying to clean the refrigerator.

Although it's not Energy Star, it actually uses less electricity than many that are, due to the rating system putting units into different classes.

Ifeel i have to duck down to grab anything out. I am 5'6". When you turn the knob to coolest the whole plate above moves so you have to turn back down so it doesn't look broken.

Door Swing

At delivery, the delivery people told me they could not do this since this refrigerator has a thermoset (or some other thing) connected to the hinge and it would take someone else to do this. I went back and checked the on line literature and could find nothing regarding this. I also checked the owner's manual and it is not clear in there. I am stuck with a refrigerator that is very difficult to get into.

Broken defroster

My son left the freezer door open (easier do to on this fridge). Tried twice to unplug for 48 hours and replug but the problem is the defroster. It's now close to Sept. Repair techs dont know when defroster board is coming. Kids ate spoiled milk twice. Completely unusable at this point.
