    The refrigerator is an excellent refrigerator. The installation and follow up visit by the geek squad to fix the problem of no light when opening the door was worst than worst. I returned the first refrigerator with the same problem. The second unit was fixed by the Frigidaire technician as all that was missing in both cases was a simple magnet that is supposed to be installed upon delivery but it wasn't, twice! Hopefully this will help the installation team going forward, remember the door magnet please.

    Worst Place to Purchase Appliance- No AfterCare,

    I bought a unit from bestbuy. Turns out it is defective. BB sent a tech who confirmed defect and said it needs to be replaced, and someone would contact me on this. No one contacted me. I followed up with a call and a report of the outcome of the visit, and got a care agent that literally asked me to return the unit myself (I paid for delivery). I explained a previous rep informed me that BB will deliver a replacement and pick up old unit. My advise, feel free to patronize best buy, buy the total member stuff (which I have), but expect literally the worst customer service in the case you need some sort of care. Expect a complete bait and switch, its a racket and a scam followed by reasonable justification. Be careful. Thank you for your attention to this matter! I'd give less than 1-Star if I could

    Best Buy attempted to deliver this refrigerator twice . . . both times it was delivered to my home damaged. Sent them both back and I was still charged for the delivery! I was refunded everything but the $39.99 and customer care told me that it was because the delivery was completed! What??? I returned the refrigerators not out of convenience but because of damage. Terrible policy! This was right after I spent $2400 on a new camera!!! I won't be going back to Best Buy anytime soon!!!!!!

    Best Buy canceled my order for a second time, even after confirming via chat, "don't worry at all, we will get the item to you." Even now, moments after receiving my cancelation email, the product still shows available to purchase on the website. Absolutely frustrating again.
