    Came in damaged. Replacement was in backorder and delayed twice. Second time it was unknown delivery date

    Name brand with poor Quality Control

    Purchased 7/9/25 and delivered 7/30/25 and stopped working 8/30/25. Scheduled a technician to take a look at it, the compressor/inverter failed after 1 month of use. Disappointed in Fridgaire, you pay a lot of money for stuff that fails in 30 days. Hopefully this is a one off, will update if so.

    This freezer is junk. The first one delivered with the door falling off and took a month to get a replacement, second one will not cool and is next to impossible to get Frigidaire or Best Buy to do anything about it and has yet to be replaced. I have been trying for 4 months to get the freezer replaced and get nothing but a run around, from Frigidaire and Best Buy. This is after numerous phone calls to both companies. Each is blaming the other. So DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

    Worse frezzer

    I have gotten two in 1year.The first one worked for less than 1 month and stopped working.It was returned and i bought another one and it also stopped wotking.Obviously there is a defect with this product.I am disappointed.Please don’t waste you money on this product.Their customer service is also unprofessional.

    Have had delivery cancelled 3 times now over 3 weeks so kind of hard to review something that you can't even get delivered

    Purchased Sept 2024. Now June 2025. Have lost all food twice due to Freezer Failure! It took weeks to repair the first time. Now a horrible run around with Frigidaire and Sears Appliance repair! I do NOT recommend this item!

      That sounds incredibly frustrating—losing food once is bad enough, but twice? That’s a huge inconvenience and a waste of money. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be to deal with all the back-and-forth between Frigidaire and Sears Appliance repair, especially when it’s already been a long wait for the first repair.

    Arrived with a bad door gasket which is leaking causing excessive frost and ice to the inside of the unit and have been waiting for almost a month for repairs ready to send back

    So happy I purchased this upright freezer. I've been wanting one for a long time. It is spacious. It is nice not to have to dig for my items. I can see what I need at a glance. The door is really snug. Don''t have to worry about it not closing. I looked at many uprights & glad I chose this one. 5 stars for me!

    So far so good. Lots of storage! Had a little tough time getting it leveled properly since it’s in my garage on a slight slope. Wish the legs adjusted out more.

    I never knew adulting could be so amazing with this stand-up freezer. I no longer have to search for something at the bottom of a chest freezer that is several years old and frozen solid. This freezer has a simple yet effective storage shelves with a bin at the bottom for small/loose stuff. It simply is a life saver for families to easily see what's needed and what's in supply. Freezer is good quality, easy to setup and quiet!

    Great design and space. we had a standup freezer before and after we moved and left it behind we decided to just go with the chest freezer although those work for many after a year of digging and finding and losing stuff, went back to stand up in this model is great fits nicely in the garage so much better visibility and organization.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I had just arrived home from the hospital where my husband had a heart attack. It was after 5 PM and when I opened the garage door, water was flowing from my stand-up garage freezer and I had just filled it with over $1000 in frozen food. I called Lowes and Home Depot to see if they could get me a replacement freezer that evening. I called Best Buy and the contact said that they did not have anything in stock. After being turned down by all, I saw a block on my screen that gave me the number of the Best Buy agent and I called him. I told him my story and he said if I could pick it up, he had a Frigidaire that had been returned. I got my son in Fallbrook to come pick it up and my food was saved. God bless that agent!! I love it!

    really like the space nice and clean design, delivery staff were great, they unloaded and set everything up and showed my wife the features, took the old freezer away and cleaned everything up

    I've had this freezer for about 4 months now. Talk about a game changer. It has lots of space and I love the door shelves. The outside looks really high end and sleek. I am beyond happy with my purchase of this freezer.
