i just bought the frigidaire 20.2 upright freezer. WOW! talk about big and spacious...delivered and installed by best buy contractor's. luv ittt...i had the 12.0 and this one seems to have double the space...

The price for this freezer is a good one. However the seal on this freezer works so well that when I pull on the door the entire unit comes rolling towards me. I have to put my foot on the bottom of the unit when I open the door now.

I like the upright freezer for its roomy and white lighted interior.

I shopped around an found the exact same freezer was up to $100 more at other stores. I appreciated the delivery guys who set it up for free and made sure I was happy before they left!

Didn't measure the room it was going in and it's too tall so it's not in an ideal spot (not the freezers fault) so wish we went 1 size smaller and its freezes over pretty quick so I have to clean it every 2months.

we haven't gotten our first electric bill- the main reason we replaced our 30+ year old one. But the energy rating was great. Love the tight seal on the door. it won't open easily, which i really lo=ike!

we replaced a freezer that was over 50 years old and still running. Hopefully this one will last at least half that long. This one is frost-free, which I typically don't buy because they're not as electric efficient; but being new, it has to be more efficient than my old one. there's lots of room. two things I'm not thrilled: my old freezer had a basket on the bottom which made it easy to get to things in the back on the bottom shelf. This one does't. And the shelves on the door don't seem to be well made, like they might break easily. Otherwise, I love the freezer!

The experience dealing with Best Buy delivery is an experience you want to avoid If it wasn’t for the 2 guys who actually delivered the freezer I would have returned and taken my money else where Even the promised follow up from custome4 support never happened Fool me once OK fool me twice becomes an issue ,third time now I will search other options completely before another purchase through Best Buy

The freezer is the largest one that I have ever purchased. I can find things much quicker than than the chest freezer it replaced. Its louder than my chest freezer was but its in the garage so it doesn't matter.

This freezer is an excellent produce for the cost.

The unit is a bit larger than I expected but it works fine. Only time will really tell if the quality is there. It was easy to install and level. We placed in an unfinished part of our basement so noise is not a problem. To some it may be considered loud but that certainly depends on where it is placed. Our high end refrigerator is sometimes loud but it is close to our living room. I think this is an excellent no frills high capacity freezer. It is exactly what we wanted so we could do some bulk shopping and use our food savor to portion out various meals.

I have only had the freezer for a month now and I love it. I don't find it to be that loud as previous reviews have said. It has plenty of room, with deep shelves. I would recommend this freezer.

I’ve owned this freezer for about three weeks and so far is performing flawlessly. Has a huge amount of storage space in a very bright light so you can see everything inside.

When I went to the store I was looking for a 21 CF appliance, but they didn't have one. Instead I purchased this 20.2 Cu.Ft. freezer. It works great, has plenty of storage for my needs and was a great price.

If you need a large freezer, this is it. The air blower is located at the top, so there is little chance it will be blocked by food. Best Buy, best price. Love it!
