Great price for the size and no frost feature is a must. I had a older upright that didn't have that feature and I would have to defrost it every 3 month. Not with this freezer so that alone makes me happy!

This freezer is great. It is huge inside for maximum storage capabilities. Keeps food organized and easy to see what you have inside. Also, it is Energy Star certified so that the energy cost/usage is very low. I looked around and Best Buy had the best price for this freezer. The delivery was free also.

After my freezer died. I ordered this one. It is big and the cost was about the same as much smaller units. I am very happy with it's operation so. Frigidair has been a good brand for me. My only complaint is the door seal is so good that it will move the unit when pulling the door open. At least until there is some weight inside.

I have only had this freezer a month and so far it is working great. I bought this to upgrade from a 15.7 cubic foot freezer in the garage. This one is a big freezer. I holds lots of food and I have had no issues with the wire shelve bending due to the weight of the food. Get cold fast and runs well. This freezer is in my garage.

When we ordered this freezer, we were told that the one we wanted would not be able to be delivered for 2 wks. So he said the same freezer, but a little bigger could be delivered in three days. When delivered & installed, we opened it up and it didn't have the drawers that the one we wanted had. We accepted it mainly because we had to load it right away, we would have lost a lot of frozen food.

Plenty of space. It runs quiet except for fan noise that only comes on for a few seconds after you close the door. It's building suction to seal the freezer door closed. This is a good thing!

We’ve only had this freezer for a month, but we’re happy with it so far. I will say that the delivery was excellent. The two guys were friendly and worked quickly. They also took a few computer towers in to recycle for me.

The freezer was purchased for a church to store the bake sale products for the children's program. fundraising. It is a good size and serves its purpose well. The quality is excellent and one of the pluses is that it doesn't have to be defrosted. Good purchase for the price

After deciding to upgrade the size of our current smaller chest freezer, we decided to go with a bigger upright. Plenty of room and much easier to find what you are looking for.

Everything we expected, plenty of storage and quiet. Door is tight to open but to me means a good seal. Very happy with purchase

Excellent Upright Freezer. It will hold all your frozen food needs, then some. Light is bright and makes it extremely easy to find what you are looking for. This is the first upright I have had so I wanted to go with the best, and it seems that this freezer hits the mark.

We bought this freezer to replace a small chest freezer to have more space. So far it works great! The shelves are very sturdy and actually hold more weight than I expected. The shelving on the doors is very nice too. It seals up very tight when you close the door, you can actually hear it for a good 10 seconds or so after you close the door. Because of that it is a little bit hard to open but I would rather have to pull a bit strongly to open the door than not have a good seal.

This thing came and was set up in no time, I was surprised at how big and roomy and large this thing is. Preparing to put a half a cow in this thing after bringing home over 100 pounds of sausage and meats from Ohio. Could not be happier.

I was looking for a new frost free upright freezer and decided to check out serveral websites. After carefully reviewing these places and many freezers I chose this one. It had all of the features that I desired and was a very good price. Delivery was great. They set it up and took away my old freezer. I've been very pleased so far.

Huge stand up freezer was a steal at the sale price and works well it’s just what I was looking for.

With a large family (four kids plus mom and dad) it really helps to purchase items on sale. Using the freezer to stock lots of meat, veggies, frozen desserts is necessary for us. This freezer fulfills this need.

Arrived as stated, on time! Delivery team was professional and polite. They placed my freezer exactly where I requested. Freezer is very large. A lot of shelves, plenty of storage. The best buy associate even ordered the interior baskets free of charge for us because Lowes had the same freezer, with baskets for the same price, but Best Buy was offering 18 months same as cash and we wanted to go with them! Win/win! Very pleased!

Wish these were actually in stock to physically see. but was desperate to get one ASAP... Ordered in store and wasn't sure how everything was laid out inside based on the pics (hey BestBuy why don't you get better pics included, afterall you ARE a technology store so bring this up to the 21st century!) Was pleasantly surprised when this arrived as the shelves were adjustable and it was MUCH bigger inside then expected. Seals excellent (hard to open when empty or lightly loaded as weight inside offsets the struggle to open the tight vacuum seal)!

Works really well, quiet, frost-free and is just the right size for my needs. Well made.
